Mudgee Scout Hall renovations are continuing due to Mudgee's community spirit.   The Rotary Club of Mudgee Sunrise, AK Constructions, Moolarben Coal Mine, Wilpinjong Coal Mine, Mudgee Guardian, T&T Kitchen Design, Reece Plumbing, Mudgee Tile Centre, TJM Plumbing, Phil Larkin Electrical, Tattersalls Construction, Mudgee Plaster Board, Mudgee Mini Mix and Stott's Painting have all contributed to the improvements.
The 2014 Clock Awards provided the impetus for funding of the renovations.
At the Awards, the Rotary Club of Mudgee Sunrise donated $5000, Wilpinjong Coal Mine $2000 and the Mudgee Guardian $1500.   At the Gala Presentation Dinner, Adam Keightley, the principal of Category Winner, AK Constructions, donated four weeks of labour towards the renovation and Rob Cutrupi will donate security for the improved facility.  Since the 2014 Awards, Adam Keightley has recruited other local trades to donate labour and materials to assist in upgrade of the kitchen and the ladies bathroom.  Painting has also been commenced with Mudgee Scouts doing their part with the interior of the hall;  work has also commenced on the exterior.  The mens bathroom and an access ramp are in the planning stage.
